As you can see, I have changed the look of this site. But a lot of work remains to be done. Many more changes are on the way. I have a “sandbox,” or a duplicate test site, where I test changes to my main blog before you see them here. I have been working on different ideas for a while. This is what I have come up with so far. I have disabled the photo page for now, and the I made a basic header image. Please pardon the dust as this site undergoes construction…
What do you think? The “Contact” page still works, so feel free to let me know! I’m especially curious to know if the text size and layout of the site look alright…(Psst…Internet Explorer users: how does it look? I’ll need to get to a PC with Internet Explorer myself, but in the meantime, let me know if you see any problems.) It looked good on my cell phone!
I plan to make several more changes, so your feedback is welcome. Let me know if you see something you like, or if there is something that you think I could improve.

Stew: Thanks for the encouragement. Your site is coming along well, too. I think that rotating KBurnalizer header is perfect for your site.
Killdeer: I am having a problem with the sidebar. Somehow, I lost several things that I had there, not just my blogroll. But I haven’t had time to fix it. By the time you read this again it will probably be fixed. Also, I only have to moderate comments the first time you use a new email account. From now on, it will post automatically, as long as my spam filter recognizes your email address. And yes, I get a lot of comment spam, but I never see it because my spam filter catches it for me.

As for the moderation, yeah I was tired last night (or whenever it was I checked your blog) and when I saw your new blog, I thought I had to…no, wait. I wasn’t that tired. I went to add a comment and your blog asked me for my information all over again. So, anyway. Yeah.

Killdeer: I was actually surprised that you were able to check it so soon after your trip. Glad you will be able to get online easily.
My spam filter only checks the first time you use a new email address. After that, you should be good to go, unless I get tired of your sarcastic comments and ban you..but then you could do the same on your site, and where would the fun be in that?
